توم تيريز Tom Terez من اساتذة علم الإدارة بالولايات المتحدة تلقي دراسته بجامعة دوك وجامعة نورث ويسترن ، وهو من مواليد اوهايو ، ويعتبر من رواد علم الإدارة في الولايات المتحدة وخارجها ، حيث اسس مؤسسة للتطوير الإداري Tom Terez Inc ومن خلالها ساهم في العديد من مشروعات التطوير الإداري بالعديد من المؤسسات الحكومية والخاصة داخل الولايات المتحدة وخارجها .

شارك في العديد من الندوات والمؤتمرات وورش العمل في مجال الإدارة ومشاركة العاملين ، وألف العديد من الكتب لعل اهمها علي الإطلاق كتابه :
