الملابس القطنية لايزال لها بريقها وملمسها الجذاب، خاصة وان القطن يتميز بالامتصاص الشديد للدرجات العالية من الحرارة، ويمتص الصبغة بسهولة، والقطن من أكثر الاقمشة استخداما في العالم، ورغم ان القطن بوجه عام ابيض اللون الا ان الاتجاهات العالمية للموضة استطاعت تطوير ملابس قطنية ملونة غير ضارة بصحة المرأة، ومن اشهر مصممات الملابس القطنية الملونة سالي فوكس sally fox والتي قدمت للعالم ملابس قطنية ملونة (الوان بني – اخضر – احمر) بداية من عام 1989 تتسم بمقاومة الآفات والحشرات وذلك باستعمال أساليب اورجانيك وبايوديناميك ، وقامت بتسويقها تحت ماركة Fox Fibre
