The adrenaline (epinephrine) produced by the body in case of danger which increases the heart rate and pupil dilation to improve visibility and increase blood flow in the muscles to prepare the body for action.And the key to controlling the fear is to develop the confidence and ability to assess any given situation before going in, also learn to use epinephrine as a performance stimulant rather than a barrier that helps you calm while tense, this ability to evolve over time and get better day by positive thinking about self and healthy lifestyle change such as diet and exercise will help you calm under pressure.

هل كانت هذه المرأة شخصية حقيقية تعلم عنها سقراط فن الحب كما يقول، أم أنها شخصية أسطورية خيالية ابتكرها ذهن أفلاطون؟ من اقوال يوتيما عن الحب "ان الذي يتوق إلى الحب الحقيقي ينبغي له منذ صباه أن يسعى في الاتصال بالأشكال الجميلة ثم يجعل شكلا واحدا جميلا موضعا لحبه ثم يلقحه بالمفاخر العقلية ثم عليه أن يعتقد أن الجمال أينما حل هو شقيق الجمال في أي شكل آخر فإذا كان واجبه أن يتقصى أثر الجمال في الأشكال فيكون من الجهل أن لا يعلم أن الجمال واحد و إن تعددت الأشكال فيطفئ قليلا من جذوة تعلّقه بشكل واحد ليقف حبه على سائر الأشكال  و من تعلم و تهذّب في الحب إلى هذه الدرجة بتأمله للأشياء الجميلة بالتدريج و حسب ترتيبها الوجودي فقد حصل على اقصي غايات الحب و يرى فورا و فجأة نوعا من الجمال عجيبا في طبيعته" هذه هي اقوال ديوتيما عن الحب كفلسفة حب افلاطونية ولا يعنينا ان كان لهذه الشخصية وجود ام انها من نسج خيال الفلاسفة لكن لكل كلام حكمة تعلم واسعي دوما للحكمة تكن ذا شأن
